Executive Assistant & Client Relations
As our first hire, you'll be the right hand to the Founder, managing client communications, scheduling, and administrative operations. This role is critical to freeing up the Founder to focus on technical delivery and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and follow-ups
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and proposals
- Maintain CRM and client records
